Gjensidige Group's exposure to Credit Suisse and AT1 debt

Gjensidige Group's exposure to Credit Suisse and AT1 debt

Further to the turmoil in the banking sector, Gjensidige provides an update on

the Group's exposure in the investment portfolio confirmed on 17 March 2023:

· Credit Suisse equity: no holdings

· Total Credit Suisse debt: NOK 38 million, amounting to less than 0.1% of the

investment portfolio, including Credit Suisse AT1 debt of NOK 4 million

· Total investments in AT1 debt across all issuers: NOK 136 million, amounting

to less than 0.3% of the investment portfolio. 74% of AT1 investments are with

Nordic issuers and 26% with European issuers outside of the Nordic countries
