BioFish – Primary insiders purchase of shares

Ole Fredrik Skulstad has on March 20 acquired 12.300 shares in Biofish Holding AS at a price of NOK 1,165. Mr. Skulstad is the operational manager of BioFish AS, the operational company which is owned 100 percent of BioFish Holding AS.

Ole Fredrik Skulstad holds in addition privately 1.663.594 shares and 13.930 shares through 40 percent investments in Hexatechr. Mr. Skulstad is the operational manager of BioFish AS, the operational company which is owned 100 percent of BioFish Holding AS.

Ole Fredrik Skulstad is the brother of Torbjørn Skulstad which is the majority owners of Monaco Invest AS/ BioFish Aquafarm AS which controls a total number of shares of 5.727.410.
