Nordic Mining ASA: Invitation to webinar 27 March 2023 at 11:00 (CET)

Following the completion of the USD 277 million project financing for the Engebø

Rutile and Garnet Project (the "Engebø Project"), Nordic Mining ASA is pleased

to invite to a webinar on Monday 27 March at 11.00 (CET). The webinar will give

a presentation of the Engebø Project, with the latest status and developments

and forthcoming milestones, as well address other matters, such as ESG. The

webinar and Q&A session will be held in Norwegian.

The webinar will be hosted by Clarkson Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS.
