Correction: Minutes of EGM and name of Resort
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 27 March 2023 regarding, among other things, disclosure of the minutes of an extraordinary general meeting. Appendices 3 and 4 to the minutes has now been updated to correct certain minor errors, and an updated version of the minutes are attached hereto.
Further, the full amended name of the resort is Sunrise River Beach Resort.
