MPC Energy Solutions to host a Capital Markets Day today

Amsterdam/Oslo – 29 March 2023 – MPC Energy Solutions (MPCES) will hold their first Capital Markets Day in Oslo today.

MPC Energy Solutions is an independent power producer that develops, builds, owns and operates renewable energy projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. After the IPO in 2021, MPCES has continued to expand its operations with projects now under development, construction, or operation in eight countries across the region.

On the Capital Markets Day, the senior management of MPC Energy Solutions will provide a deep insight into MPCES’ strategy, the operational progress, share updated financial guidance and speak about the regional market, financing environment and the company’s future funding plans. The company’s key targets include:

- Building a 1,000 MW portfolio of construction and operational power plants in the region by 2027

- Enhancing shareholder value and project returns by increasing its debt ratio to peer levels and insourcing operation and maintenance activities for its operational projects

- Ensuring that free cash flow from projects support the company's running costs from 2025 onwards.
