The annual general meeting of Elkem ASA will be held on Friday 28 April 2023 at 09:00 (Norwegian time) as a combined physical meeting in the conference room "Auditoriet" in Haakon VII's gate 2, 0161 Oslo and digital meeting on the Lumi AGM-platform (including live webcast from the meeting), and with utilization of electronic voting for all attending shareholders.
