Protector Forsikring ASA - Annual general meeting held

Protector Forsikring ASA has today, March 30th 2023, held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals to the AGM were approved.

The minutes from the meeting will tomorrow, March 31st 2023, be available on the company's website www.protectorforsikring.no.

The General Meeting elected the Board proposed by the Nomination Committee. Consequently, the Board of Protector Forsikring ASA consist of:
