New lease contract for 2,750 sqm in infill project in Sandvika

Akademiet Realfagsgymnas has signed a lease contract for 2,750 sqm in Malmskriverveien 16 in Sandvika just outside Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of 25 years, starting from Q3 2024.

Malmskriverveien 16 is a 2,750 sqm infill project to be built adjacent to Malmskriverveien 18 in Sandvika. Construction will commence from Q2 2023.
