Please find enclosed notice of annual general meeting in Entra ASA to be held on Tuesday, 25 April 2023 at 10:00 (CET). This notice with enclosures and other documents that will be treated on the Annual General Meeting are also available at the company's website www.entra.no.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in the company's offices in Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14A in Oslo, with a digital option for shareholders who want to attend digitally.
