Please find enclosed notice of annual general meeting in Entra ASA to be held on

Tuesday, 25 April 2023 at 10:00 (CET). This notice with enclosures and other

The Annual General Meeting will be held in the company's offices in Biskop

Gunnerus' gate 14A in Oslo, with a digital option for shareholders who want to
