ARENDAL, NO / SHERBROOKE, QC. 11 April 2023 - Tekna (OSE: TEKNA), the

world-leading provider of advanced materials to industry, today published its

2022 Annual Report and Sustainability Report.

Enclosed is a pdf version of the 2022 Annual Report for Tekna Holding ASA. The

Annual Report contains the Sustainability Report for 2022. The Annual Report is

also available on our website, www.tekna.com - http://www.tekna.com (Investor

Relations section). The company publishes its annual financial statements also

in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this

release.

"I am pleased to present Tekna's Annual Report for 2022. It was a dynamic year

for Tekna, marked by the uplisting of the company to the main list on the Oslo

Stock Exchange, several major contracts awarded and further confirmation of the

leading position the company is developing in the market. Despite capacity

constraints in production, sales continue to grow during the year. The company

sold out all its production capacity for prime products in additive materials,

indicating the market's dynamic and shifting nature. Tekna's backlog of orders

increased by 64% to CAD 25 million at the end of 2022. We are entering the new

year with the largest backlog we have ever had for both of our business

segments. This provides a solid foundation going into 2023."

our energy intensity per kg produced is 20 percent better than the 2019 baseline

and will continue to improve in 2023. We have committed to ambitious targets and

have a plan to deliver on these. We have also signed the UN Global Compact in
