(Oslo, 12 April 2023) (HYON, OSE: HYON) The Ordinary General Meeting in HYON AS

will take place on 19 April 2023 at 10:00 am (CEST) at the premises of the

Company at Strømsø Torg 4 on 2th Floor in Drammen, Norway.

Shareholders are requested to avail themselves of the possibilities of voting by

proxy, as described in the notice of the meeting, and as far as possible to

refrain from attending in person.

Shareholders may submit their votes electronically in advance.
