Listing of Nordic Rutile USD 100 million senior secured bond on Nordic ABM

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic

Mining" or the "Company") on 27 October 2022 regarding its wholly owned

subsidiary Nordic Rutile AS (the "Issuer") issue of USD 100 million 5-year

senior secured bond with ISIN NO0012734112 (the "Bond"). The Bond is listed on

Nordic ABM from today with ticker: NORUT01 PRO.
