Webstep ASA: Annual accounts for the financial year 2022

Oslo, 13 April 2023: The board of directors of Webstep ASA (the "Company") has approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2022 and the Company's annual report, including the group's annual accounts and the board of directors' report, for the financial year 2022.

Said documents are attached hereto and will also be made available on the Company's website www.webstep.com . Webstep will also publish its annual report in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF), available as an attachment to this release.
