Pursuant to authorisation resolved by the annual general meeting on 28 April

2022, Andfjord Salmon AS (the "Company" or "Andfjord Salmon") has today granted

105,000 options to Bjarne Martinsen (CFO) as part of the Company's incentive

program. Each option gives the right to subscribe for one new share in the

company on terms in line with previous descriptions, including a subscription

price of NOK 41.945, and vesting period of three years, with annual vesting of

1/3 each year, and with an exercise period starting on 1 January 2027.
