Amsterdam / Oslo 18 April 2023 - The Annual General Meeting of MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the “Company”) was held today, Tuesday, 18 April 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CET as a digital meeting. The Annual General Meeting adopted all resolutions on the agenda. Please see the attached minutes of the meeting for details.
