(Oslo, April 20, 2023) The annual general meeting of Elopak ASA will be held on May 11, 2023, at 14:00 (CEST). The notice of the annual general meeting is attached, and all relevant documents can be found at www.elopak.com/annual-general-meeting/.

The annual general meeting will be held electronically through the facilities of Lumi. For virtual participation, please use this link: https://dnb.lumiagm.com/ . Reference and PIN codes to the meeting are available on VPS Investor Services (www.euronextvps.no), or on the advance voting and proxy form attached to the notice to the individual shareholder.

Shareholders may also vote in advance or submit a proxy within May 9, 2023 at 14:00 hours (CEST), please refer to the proxy and advance voting form included with the notice for further information.
