Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Awilco LNG ASA will be held on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 12:30 hrs.

In accordance with section 5-8 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, the general meeting will be held as a phone conference meeting.

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting including attendance form, proxy form and advance voting form.
