The General Meeting in Medistim ASA decided a dividend of NOK 4.50 per share

Oslo, the 24th of April 2023. The votes from the General Meeting today in Medistim ASA, has resolved to distribute a dividend of NOK 4.50 per share based on the Company's net profit for the 2022 financial year. The total dividend will amount to NOK 82.2 million, which corresponds to 72.1% of the net profit for 2022. The dividend will be payable to the shareholders of the Company as of the 24th of April 2023. The shares will be traded exclusive of the right to

dividends from and including the 25th of April 2023 (ex-date). The dividend will

be distributed the 5th of May 2023.
