Board election in DNB Bank ASA
The Annual General Meeting of DNB Bank ASA was held on 25 April 2023. The Annual
General Meeting re-elected Gro Bakstad as Board member and Jens Petter Olsen as
Vice Chair, and elected Christine Bosse and Petter-Børre Furberg as new Board
members. All elected for a period of two years, until 2025.
The Board of Directors of DNB Bank ASA will have the following composition:
