Reference is made to the announcements on 28.03.23, 31.03.23 and 04.04.23

related to the closing of the acquisitions of Trac Services AS,Tracs Technology

AS, Dtech AS and assets in Bricknode Holding AB, and related capital increases.

Said capital increases were registered in the business register on 25.03.23

following which Huddlestock Fintech AS has issued 169,894,216 shares and a

registered share capital of NOK 322,799.0104.
