NORDIC MINING: Resignation of CFO

Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") informs that Christian

Gjerde has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Nordic Mining to

pursue opportunities outside of the Company. The effective date of his

resignation will be further agreed with the Company.

Nordic Mining will immediately start the process to recruit a successor.

Mining, having secured the full financing of Engebø Rutile and Garnet in a

challenging market. I wish him best of luck with his career going forward", says

CEO Ivar S. Fossum.

for the Engebø Project and the commencement of construction of the first new
