Stainless Tankers – Admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo and publication of information document

Following Stainless Tankers ASA’s (“Stainless Tankers” or the “Company”) recent successful private placement of 13,400,000 new shares, the Company is pleased to announce that on 26 April 2023 the Oslo Børs approved the Company’s application for admission to trading of all of its 13,500,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo (the “Admission”).

The first day of trading in the Company's shares will be tomorrow, 28 April 2023, under the ticker "STST" and the Company has prepared the attached information document solely for use in connection with the Admission.
