Itera annual report 2022
The board of directors of Itera ASA (the "Company") has at its meeting on 27
April 2023 approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2022
and the Company's annual report, including the consolidated annual accounts and the
board of directors' report, for the financial year 2022. The final Consolidated Annual
Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2022 published on
14 February 2023 together with the Q4 2022 Interim Report.
Said documents are attached hereto and will also be made available on the
Company's website www.itera.com. Attached are also the annual report
in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and the Company's sustainability
report.
