Elkem ASA - Minutes from the annual general meeting 2023

The annual general meeting of Elkem ASA was held on 28 April 2023 in Oslo. All

proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the annual general

meeting that was sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange on 30 March 2023.

The annual general meeting approved the proposal from the board of directors to

distribute a dividend of NOK 6.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on 10

May 2023 to ordinary shareholders as of 28 April 2023, and who are listed in the

Norwegian Central Securities Depository as of 3 May 2023. The Elkem share will

be traded ex-dividend from 2 May 2023.
