On 27 April 2023, Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (“Sterling”) purchased 125,000 shares in Norske Skog ASA.
Following the purchase, Sterling holds 4,819,000 shares in Norske Skog ASA, corresponding to approximately 5.11 per cent of the total shares and votes.
