The sale is related to the CEO’s private economy and need to free up liquidity. After the sale, Kari E. Krogstad holds a total of 38,083 shares in Medistim and Aeternum Capital AS holds 1,900,219 Medistim shares, which represent 10.16 % of the total shares in Medistim.
