Vår Energi ASA: Amended proposal for annual general meeting 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 2 May 2023: Reference is made to the notice of the annual

general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) published on 13 April 2023.

The Company has received notification from ENI International B.V. that the

proposal for election of alternate directors to the Board has been amended to

reflect the following proposal:

"Claudia Vignati is appointed as personal alternate director for Francesco

Gattei and Fabio Castiglioni is appointed as personal alternate director for

Guido Brusco."

Please note that the above agenda item is a voting matter for the Class B

shareholder only.
