Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q1 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 3 May 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be

traded ex dividend of NOK 1.148 per share for the first quarter of 2023, as of

today, 3 May.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 24 April, the Board of Vår

Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.148 per share, NOK 2

865 874 370 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q1 2023. The

dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily

exchange rate published by Norges Bank 21 April 2023 approximately at 1600hrs

CET.
