Kongsberg Automotive wins a new contract for passenger cars worth over EUR 25 million in estimated lifetime revenue

Kongsberg Automotive's Powertrain & Chassis Driveline business unit has been

awarded a contract worth over EUR 25 million in estimated lifetime revenue for

KA's electric gear shift and park lock actuator.

Kongsberg Automotive (KA)'s electric gear shift and park lock actuator comes

with an automatic return to park feature, which allows the vehicle to be parked

in a safe mode if the vehicle loses electric power.

The six-year contract for a leading passenger car OEM will start production in

2026 and will be produced and supplied by KA's Wuxi, China plants.

electric actuator business globally. The win demonstrates our superior technical
