Shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 25 May 2022 at 15:30. The general meeting will be held as a virtual general meeting, where shareholders will be able to participate electronically via PC, phone, or tablet.

The summons to the General Meeting (in Norwegian and English) with the agenda and information related to the items on the agenda, including the Annual Report for 2022, and the recommendation from the Nomination Committee (in Norwegian), are enclosed with this notice.
