Veidekke: Building holiday apartments in Myrkdalen (Voss)

Veidekke has signed a contract with Myrkdalen Fjellandsby AS and Vårstølen

Utleige AS to build the Sendo and Skabotn buildings in Myrkdalen in Voss

municipality. The two buildings will have a total of 42 apartments for sale and

rental with shared parking. The commission is a design and build contract valued

at NOK 150 million, excluding VAT.

In the Sendo building there will be 22 holiday apartments for sale varying in

size from 45 to 193 m[2 ]with their own balconies or terraces. The Skabotn

building will have 20 apartments for long-term rental. Next to the entrance hall

there will be a well-equipped ski storage room where each apartment will have

their own large storage space, and there will be a shared parking facility and

storage rooms in the basement underneath the two buildings. The location is as

central in Myrkdalen as can be, with ski lifts and cross-country trails, hiking

trails and bike trails just outside.

Construction is just starting up, with occupation scheduled for the end of
