Quantafuel ASA | Extraordinary General Meeting - Minutes

Please find attached the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") held on 12 May 2023, including appendices.

All items on the agenda for the EGM were approved as proposed, including inter alia (i) election of new members to the board of directors, (ii) conversion of the Company to a private limited liability company (AS), (iii) application for removal from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo, (iv) amendments to the Company's articles of association, and (v) the board authorisation to increase the Company's share capital by up to NOK 829,142.56.
