notified that Member of the Board Geir Langfeldt Olsen today, 12 May, 2023 has

purchased 385,533 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 20.2 per

share through Andenes Investments SL, which is controlled by Geir Olsen.

After the transaction, Andenes Investments SL holds 978,312 shares in Pexip.

This information is considered to be inside information pursuant to the EU
