Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been

notified that Åsmund Olav Fodstad, Chief Revenue Officer and primary insider in

Pexip, on May 22, 2023, bought 11,000 shares in Pexip for an average price of

NOK 23.50 per share through Metrix Invest AS.

After the transaction, Mr. Fodstad and Metrix Invest AS, controlled by Mr.

Fodstad, will hold 787,275 shares and rights to 190,000 shares.
