An annual general meeting of Nordic Unmanned AS (OSE: NUMND) was held today on

23 May 2023 at 09:15 hours (CEST). Please see attached a copy of the minutes

from the annual general meeting. All items were resolved in accordance with the

notice of the annual general meeting, except for item 6.2 as further described

in the attached.
