HydrogenPro ASA - Minutes of annual general meeting

Oslo, 24 May 2023: The annual general meeting in HydrogenPro ASA (the "Company")

was held today, 24 May 2023 at 15:00 CEST. A total of 30 739 027 shares,

corresponding to approx. 52.97% of the share capital, were represented at the

meeting.

All items on the agenda were approved as proposed, including the election of

inter alia the Company's founder, Richard Espeseth, as a member to the board of

directors. Following the election to the board, Mr. Espeseth will no longer be a

member of the executive management team, but he will continue as Head of

Technology in the Company.
