Mandatory notification of trade by related party to Primary Insiders

Sarsia Seed AS, a company closely associated to Sveinung Hole, Member of the

Board of Directors of BerGenBio ASA, has on 24 May 2023 sold 2,117,900 shares in

BerGenBio ASA at an average price of NOK 0.2975. Following this transaction,

Sarsia Seed AS holds 0 shares in the Company.

Sarsia Development AS, a company closely associated to Sveinung Hole, Member of

the Board of Directors of BerGenBio ASA, has on 24 May 2023 sold 1,000,000

shares in BerGenBio ASA at an average price of NOK 0.3658. Following this

transaction, Sarsia Development AS holds 175,000 shares in the Company.

Both transactions are conducted to fund subscription in the rights issue

announced from the Company 25 April 2023. Please see further details about the
