2023 Huddlestock has the pleasure of inviting all shareholders to the company's

2023 Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held:

Date: 21 June 2023

Time: 10:00 CEST

Place: Kanalsletta 2, 4033 Stavanger

Participation via webcast will be possible.

All shareholders are welcome to participate.

The amended date for the Annual General Meeting is due to a delayed completion

of audited annual reports for certain subsidiaries.

We do not expect any material changes to the consolidated financial figures

presented in the Q4 2022 report 23. February 2023.

The change is it not affecting other activities in the group, but we do

apologize for the inconvenience.
