KCC: Transaction by primary insider
Oslo, 26 May 2023: Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or “the Company”) advises that primary insider and Chair of the Board of Directors Ernst Andre Meyer, 25 May 2023 purchased 3,000 shares in KCC of NOK 69.0 per share. Mr. Meyer does not own shares in KCC prior to the transaction and the shareholding corresponds to 0.005% of the Company's shares.
