Notice of delisting

The bankruptcy estate of DOF ASA has been notified by Oslo Børs that Oslo Børs

intends to delist DOF ASA from Oslo Børs due to the fact that bankruptcy

proceedings have been opened in DOF ASA and the company no longer satisfy the

conditions for listing.

As previously informed, all of the subsidiaries in the DOF group have been

acquired by DOF Group ASA, which is the new holding company in the group. The

business of the DOF group is thus not affected by the bankruptcy in DOF ASA nor

will it be affected by a delisting of DOF ASA from Oslo Børs.
