Ready for start of concrete works for comminution and wet processing plant at Engebø

Sunnfjord Municipality has approved the building application for comminution and

wet processing plant for the Engebø Rutile and Garnet Project (the "Engebø

Project"). The permit is fully in line with the zoning plan for the Engebø

Project. The approval is subject to right of appeal within three weeks.

The necessary building permits are now in place to start further construction

work at Engebø. The concrete works for the comminution and wet processing plant

will start now in June 2023, and we are on track to start with structural and

mechanical installations in the third quarter of this year, as planned.
