KCC: Correction: Transaction by closely associated party of a primary insider
Oslo, 5 June 2023: This is a correction to the stock exchange notice published 2 June 2023.
Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or “the Company”) advises that Ladessa AS, a closely associated party of primary insider and board member Brita Eilertsen, 02 June 2023 purchased 2,000 shares in KCC of NOK 69.45 per share. Neither Ladessa AS, Brita Eilertsen nor other closely associated parties of Brita Eilertsen own shares in KCC prior to the transaction. The shareholding corresponds to 0.003% of the Company's shares.
