Dataplan AS becomes part of ECIT

ECIT AS hereby announce that Dataplan AS has become a part of ECIT.

• The acquisition strengthens ECIT's presence within Accounting, Payroll , IT Consulting and Managed Services in the Stavanger area and add Point of sale (POS) technology to the Tech Division in ECIT. We are pleased to welcome customers and employees of Dataplan to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.

ECIT is acquiring 96.016 % of the shares in Dataplan AS, with an option to acquire all remaining shares in the company. The acquisition has been settled partly through cash, and partly with treasury shares. ECIT AS stock of treasury shares is 1,594,639 after the transaction.
