Investinor Direkte AS ("Investinor") has today sold 2,000,000 shares in BerGenBio ASA ("BerGenBio"). After the transaction, Investinor holds 2,770,780 shares representing approx. 3.13% of the total share capital in BerGenBio.

With reference to the ongoing rights issue in BerGenBio, Investinor has already subscribed for 175,000,000 new shares in the rights issue corresponding to an amount of NOK 17,500,000. Furthermore, Investinor has over the last days bought 2,500,000 subscription rights in BerGenBio, increasing the total holding of subscription rights to 207,517,382.
