Reference is made to the offer from Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA announced on 7 June 2023 (the "Offer"). Although the Offer is not governed by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, the independent board members (Marianne Hagen and Benedicte Bakke Agerup) have resolved to prepare a statement regarding the Offer. Pareto Securities AS has in this respect been engaged to provide a fairness opinion regarding the Offer from a financial perspective. The statement from the independent board members will be provided no later than on 16 June 2023.
