Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders and close associates

Bergen 13 June 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement

published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") on 30 May 2023, regarding the

commencement of the subscription period in the rights issue (the "Rights Issue")

and the receipt of subscription rights in the Rights Issue by certain primary

insiders and certain close associates of primary insiders of the Company.

The Company has been informed that Sarsia Development AS, a company closely

associated to Sveinung Hole, Member of the Board of Directors of BerGenBio ASA,

on 12 June 2023, exercised 33,131,992 subscription rights in the Rights Issue,

entitling Sarsia Development AS to be allocated 33,131,992 offer shares in the

Rights Issue at a price per offer share of NOK 0.10, subject to the Rights Issue

being completed.

Sarsia Seed AS, a company closely associated to Sveinung Hole, Member of the

Board of Directors of BerGenBio ASA, on 12 June 2023, exercised 8,100,000

subscription rights in the Rights Issue, entitling Sarsia Seed AS to be

allocated 8,100,000 offer shares in the Rights Issue at a price per offer share

of NOK 0.10, subject to the Rights Issue being completed.
