ESG Trackr AS becomes part of ECIT

ECIT is pleased to announce that ESG Trackr AS has become a part of ECIT.

• The acquisition is a first important step towards building an ECIT presence within sustainability reporting. We are pleased to take a more active part in the ESG area and welcome customers of ESG Trackr AS to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.

ECIT is acquiring 43.11 % of the shares in ESG Trackr AS, with an option to acquire shares to obtain a majority in the company. The acquisition has been settled through a cash injection into ESG Trackr AS.

ESG Trackr AS has developed a software for measuring and reporting in the sustainability area. The software is designed to simplify data collection and the reporting process for small and medium companies.
