BergenBio ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by BergenBio ASA ("BergenBio") on 14th of June 2023 regarding the final results of the rights issue (the "Rights Issue"). With reference to the press release at 13:30 where information about 2,500,000,000 new shares are to be issued.

Fjärde AP-fonden ("AP4") holds 4,487,493 shares in BergenBio, equal to approximately 5.06% of the shares and voting rights currently registered in the Norwegian Business Registry. AP4 did not participate in the Rights Issue and upon registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Rights Issue, AP4's holding of shares and voting rights in BergenBio will be reduced to approximately 0,17%. AP4 has no other rights to shares issued by BergenBio.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
