As announced 17 January 2023 and 29 March 2023 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 320 of own shares related to the employee share program.

The stock exchange notice dated29th of March 2023 stated that shares for a value of NOK 320 million were to be purchased from 30th of March 2023. With the transactions announced today the buy-back program related to the employee share program 2023 are completed.

After the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 1,404,596 own shares, corresponding to 0.79 % of KONGSBERG's share capital. Out of these 695,555 shares are related to the buy-back of shares for cancelation where the cancelation of shares was approved by the General Meeting on 11 May 2023.
